These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) apply to all orders of products placed by end consumers through the Site.

  1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders and purchases made on our Site.
  2. Our products are intended for end customers who are over the age of 18 and are consumers (individuals buying for personal use, not for commercial purposes).

PLACING ORDERS

PRODUCT DETAILS

  1. We offer only original products from Reine de Saba Paris and authorized partner brands.

  3. Each product is sold with an identification tag that is an integral part of the product.

PAYMENTS

  1. Product prices are stated in EUR, including applicable taxes and duties but excluding shipping costs, which will be indicated during checkout.
  2. Prices may change, so please review the final price before submitting your order.
  3. Accepted payment methods can be found on the “Payments and Security” page on our Site.
  4. The payment will be debited when the products are shipped.
  5. Credit card payments are securely processed, and your information will not be used for any other purpose.
  6. Customs charges for non-EU countries are the responsibility of the customer.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

  1. Products will be delivered by courier, and delivery details are available on the “Delivery” page of our Site and the order form.
  2. Delivery times refer to working days, excluding non-working days.
  3. Ensure your order is placed from the relevant country section on our Site.
  4. We cannot deliver to certain addresses (e.g., PO boxes, “Hold Mail” addresses) or specific locations.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

  1. Customers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the product, with no reason needed.

  4. After receiving the returned products and confirming their conformity, we will refund the payment.
  5. For recurring orders, customers may change or deactivate the option at any time in their account settings.

LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

  1. We provide a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from the delivery date.
